Busy Bees ....

Being very bz lately..(masa bila I tak busy ye). Yesterday our turned again (the second time this month) for morey. I tried Rima's Green Carpet Cake...It was wonderful..can call it as killer recipe k. I did not take pic coz rupa dia a bit ugly la..he..he..not really I finished it nearly iftar tak sempat...and the cake was sent to surau and all gone..alhamdulillah. I sent it together with another cake..yap my fav marble cake and now I can grade myself a bit better with marbling..bling!

And know what from suka-suka now I sampai tak terbuat dah order for the crunchy cookies. Started with King bawak pi office for informal gathering..and now his friends duk order..I told him nanti I tak terbuat..The lil princess nowadays having new hobby la..climbing..got to monitor her closely!..Anyway yesterday I managed to bake 4 kilos another 10 kilos to go ( I am selling it base on kilos coz malas nak layan perfect shapes)...thanks to Rima ye...halal ye resepi tu...*wink*. But dah 3 hari my kitchen a bit tunggang langgang lah...King on leave and having painting project..sigh.. orang sibuk nak buat kuih ni.....

I showed him Rima's latest Almond cookies and as Almond is his fav so he made me promise that I will bake for him nanti...nasib lah I ni isteri mithalikan..ha..ha...angguk je lah! and my list of what to do still continue...tak gerak2. Cik Ani and Cik Ati (King's aunties) lak suka suki cakap kat I..."whatever cookies yang you buat for your house...make it for us jugak..and I nak cake ni..ni.".main tunjuk-tunjuk je tapi I love both of them so I akan try my best !..huawa...wa...Mak punye lagi, MIL lagi...so the list will keep on continue......(Rima detail of GNC k..)
Theabove pi is Biskut Nestum got it from majalah Rasa...I need to redo again coz taste wise macam ada something yang tak perfect (thats y I never trust recipe in the Malay's Mag...:)) So let me try again then only can post the recipe.....
