Royal Tart Nenas


At last dapat gak meng update blog ni...the broadband tak berapa cooperative the past 2 days. Duk asyik kat GPRS mode...Champ duk asyik suruh mama switch to Celcom..emm something to think about la kot....Yesterday I managed to bake something that is specially dedicated to him only..my King la...His favorite Royal Pineapple Tart a.k.a tart nenas ...why do I have the word 'Royal' ..hemm...coz my tart nenas mesti ada papercup yellow..why? Coz I am the yellow lover la..everything must be yellow color tau..tapi my 'house' ni ada sesorang yang cuba2 renovate jadi lah hijau gelap ni...emmmm..dulu dinding I color yellow..wa...I nak kena redecorate semula la...
Okay can see my tart nenas kat atas tu..(Rima...I copy cat cara you shoot pic..hemmm...outdoor pic nicerkan ...kalau my neighbour nampak mesti dia ingat something wrong ngan I ni...)
ni resepi from hanieliza..this year I cuba resepi dia .Selalunya I guna resepi from Pn Noraini yang zaman dolu2 mangajar kat BWY tu...And for your allnye info..ini cookies puasa bukan raya...it won't last till Syawal la...

ROYAL TART NENAS

Bahan
60 gm butter
190 gm majerin ( I guna daisy 250 gm)
70 gm gula halus
1 biji kuning telur
1 s/k esen vanilla
350 gm tepung gandum (Rose flour)
50 gm tepung jagung
Cara.
1. Gaulkan majerin dan gula supaya rata.
2. Masukkan kuning telur dan esen vanilla dan gaul sehingga rata.
3. Masukkan tepung gandum dan tepung jagung yg telah diayakkan.
4. Gaulkan sehingga rata dan sebati.
5. Gunakan acuan Nestar dan pamkan adunan.
6. Kepalkan jem nenas sebesar biji kurma.
7. Letakkanjem nenas diatas adunan dan gulungkan.
8. Masukkan adunan biskut dalam acuan kertas.
9. Sapukan dengan bahan glaze tadi.
10. Bakar dalam oven suhu 180'C sehingga kuning keemasan atau masak dalam 20 minit.
11. Bila telah masak, sejukkan dan simpan dalam bekas kedap udara.

I beli je..RM6.90 sekilo kat BWY kalau nak buat....

1 biji nenas ] blend dan masak sampai pekat baru + gula
1/2 cawan air ]
1 cawan gula

Bahan Glaze/pengilat
2 kuning telur
2 s/kecil air
pewarna kuning

Hello Mrs WongJowo, Those are beautiful tarts. I got their beautiful scent this morning and sniffing around found it here.
I love tarts, eaten lots, but this is the first time I read of 'Royal tart nanas'.
Don't tell me it originated from royalty household? Ha ha.

And reading your posting brings to mind, that there is no more beautiful spectacle on Earth than a beautiful mother and wife cooking, baking for her loved ones.

I usually take pics kat belakang rumah.. so only my back neighbour yang tahu ade orang sewel takes pic at 3pm daily hahaha

Royal household la coz I have a princess Cinderella and her papa the King...In the drama I will be the Step Mother lor...
Love conquers all..I will do anything for him..*wink*. Do u know that I even drove him to work kalau dia too tired with the workload...
Why only seven..can give you a bottle of it...:)
