Dating with Chocolates...

The last week before Ramadhan my office ada buat car boot sales. So, me n few frens joined together....it was really fun. My cookies habis n the other fren buat strawberry chocolates...penat but was fun!
I ada buat kurma berintikan chocolate thinking nak jual...but it was hot on the day so habis cair uhuksss so rezeki Qobb n Champ masa visit them I bagi they all and guess what...haha they luv it! Sebab bila dah cair chocolate tu salut majoriti of the kurmakan....I try makan n memang betul macam the boys cakap..."Sedap giler" he he...so pagi tadi papa pi surau for suboh n bila dia balik dah siap haha...Told him.."Nak iftar kat rumah mak tak kan tak bawak apa2 kan....."

Caranye sgt senang tak payah dah chocolate casing tu....:
Buang biji kat kurma tu.. macam gambar di bawah ni:

Cairkan compound chocolate, masukkan almond nibs (mama letak byk coz papa dah pesan nak lots of nuts!)
Then pakai small spoon masukkan chocolate ke dalam kurma..biarkan dia meleleh sikit kat tepi kurma...
Then simpan dlm peti sejuk...
Dah siap ...jom tengok gambornya..:)
Rasanye seindah gambarnya...trust me!
