Marble Twist Roll

Tadaaa....ni lah dia my Marble Twist Roll...a bit comot...hem can say tak pe..nanti cuba lagi wat yang cantik-cantik. Banyak dugaan nak siapkan Twist Roll ni.....Can get the recipe from Rima's (under bread category) tak payah nak tukar apa-apa semua dah perfect..Danke Rima. Tapi I malu la h coz mine comot...I will try again to make it perfect! Or can go here (cari Resepi Roti category..then ada Marble Twist Roll) with more pictures on how to prepare the twist. Tapi yang ni she mentioned kena tambah tepung and few other things...I just ikut Rima's resepi perfecto! My mistake ..I letak banyak sangat chocolate paste so masa the last step dia pecah...ggrrrr. At first I susun dalam pan nak bagi panjang macam Rima buat..then I changed my mind...coz nampak comot sangat..I buat yang flower design....And of course I boleh buat twist while doing other things with the help of Mr BM ni...

Helpful gak...bukan King belikkan tau...this one I tukar coupon Cosway dolu dolu he..he...Dah lama terperam tak usik-usik....dulu busy kan..dengan kerja and kedai now dah jadi House Manager full time so apa lagi reason I tak nak guna benda ni.....Sepatutnya project ni I buat Saturday.. nite. Went to Rima's blog tengok Marble Twist Roll tu mangancam la...thinking nak buat dah lama tapi tak sempat..(reason). Well at that time dah nearly 9.30 pm..assuming myself LMC Rawang tutup lambat kot nak puasa ni...need to buy the red bean paste la! Nak buat malam ni jugak..I was telling myself. Dalam hujan tu I pergi jugak to the shop....:( Tough luck mama...hhee kedai dah tutup hampeh!) Frust betul.....So Sunday morning lepas campak all the ingredients into Mr BM I went to LMC...

You know what happened when you went into bakery shop..he....he..nak beli red bean paste je..then nampak chocolate paste..then nampak pandan paste...he..he.. so can guessed apa lagi I beli !

Did I mention yang the weekend was very boring as King was not around...I picked Eriq from school Thursday nite as he was having fever..all the students from ASIS that having fever were sent to HUKM to do H1N1 screening. The warden told us they have 4 positive cases ...nauzubillah....HUKM was scary..as you walked around you will see people wearing mask! Alhamdulillah Eriq clear...Kat rumah Champ la pulak having asthma attacked. Got to monitor jangan sampai demam...got to separate them! Alhamdulillah today everything back to normal.

As the boys ada rumah (except for Qobb) my mak datang rumah Saturday morning with all her equipments... nak buat apa?...He..heee roti canai. The kids love her roti canai!...(All the dulang, kuali,sardin, bawang...macam kat rumah I tak de he..he...just that dia tak familiar guna barang orang kot...) Then I bagi dia rasa the Cake Lapis Hawflakes..dia kata sedap tak sampai hati lak I coz yang ada 3 pieces je kot. So I pun steam lah another cake for her...dia ckp nak color terang sikit...so can see the result he...he...so colourful ha....This time I tak letak flakes on every lapis..selang kan...

Then got to run attending kenduri kat rumah neighbour..

And besides Marble Twist Roll on Sunday morning tu I finished up the cookies order sekali dengan packaging coz dia kata nak letak dalam hamper....Then ingat lak King nak balik petang ni cookies fav dia dah habis...buat lagi he..he..(Macam baking marathon)

I was done with my baking around 3.30pm kot (inclusive of pizza and chicken wings...for lunch )Packed everything....need to send Eriq back to school and picked King kat Bangi. Then from Bangi we went to Putrajaya to see Qobb...bagi dia makan the twist Roll.."Sedapnya ma....nanti kalau Qobb balik mama wat lagi ye.." he said. Then I remind him cuti ni puasa Qobb..ala...ingat nak makan puas2..Kesian...:( And today nak buat Twist Roll lagi but using Red Bean lak....ha..ha...practise will make perfectkan?
Yesterday was a very lonnnnnnnnnng day. On the way back King told me got to go to Shah Alam to collect something from Pak Nah..aggrrr....the route will be a bit far. On the way to Bukit Jelutong saw this yellow advert written .."METROJAYA JUALAN GUDANG" he..he...pe lagi..sampai lupa H1N1 .. avoid pergi tempat orang ramai! Nasib dah nearly masuk maghrib so cepat2 keluar from the gudang he..he...we reached BJ around 9.00 pm and knowing Pak Nah...he directed us terus gi San Fransisco Pizza..dinner there.Dia ingat semua ada...sorry la Pak Nah yang ada Mama and Papa je....nowadays princess tak nak ikut dia cakap..."I tak suka gi far away..I love home I....") And thank you Pak Nah & Mak Nah for the lovely baju kurung they bought for princess...princess nak call you nak cakap " I dah tall la....." the kain a bit pendek!
