Trauma

Four months...post MI.

All this while I thought I am strong...
I have been in and out of the hospital...twice...CT Scan, Blood test, Ultrasound, macam-macam....
They didn't diagnosed anything..Alhamdulillah..But I keep on having short of breathness..chest pain ..
After all the test, the answer..I am healthy...Alhamdulillah but the event, the trauma..affected me...
I let Syaitan conquered me :( I was so stressed and down..Keep on thingking about 'What if.....'
Masyaallah...the anxiety attacked was horrible..
Alhamdulillah, tq to a friend she pulled me back ..to stand up and think positive...
I am pulling back myself together...

The day my friend talked to me..she asked me to listen to this...I cried and cried during my Asar prayer...
Masyaallah...what I hv done to myself...
Alhamdulillah..I am getting better :)
